The client must appoint a single point of contact to ensure clear communication and efficient project delivery.
Reasonable revisions are included as part of the design and development process.
Substantial changes or additions to the agreed project scope may incur additional charges.
For e-commerce projects, the client is responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax, payment processing, and consumer protection.
The client agrees to indemnify Vaayu Systems Limited against any claims, penalties, or liabilities arising from their e-commerce operations.
While Vaayu Systems Limited applies basic SEO best practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings or positions on search engines.
Vaayu Systems Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of revenue, data, or business, arising from website use, downtime, or project delays.
Websites are developed to function on the latest versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
Compatibility with outdated or unsupported browsers is not guaranteed.
Full ownership of the website transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment.
Until payment is received in full, all work remains the property of Vaayu Systems Limited.
Websites are licensed for single use unless otherwise agreed.
Redistribution or duplication requires prior written consent.
Ownership rights may be transferred if the client’s business is sold.
Vaayu Systems Limited may integrate third-party tools or platforms (e.g., CRMs, APIs, plugins).
Vaayu Systems Limited is not responsible for issues caused by third-party services or any modifications made by external developers.
For websites hosted by Vaayu Systems Limited, regular backups will be provided.
If the website is hosted externally, the client is responsible for maintaining backups and server management.
Vaayu Systems Limited will only access and process data as necessary for project development and testing, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Client data will not be used for unrelated marketing or communication.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom courts.
